At Folmoda, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchange policy below:

Our Commitment

We ensure that our products are free from manufacturing defects and gladly accept exchange for defective items, or providing a refund.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

• We accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. 

• To be eligible for exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original condition.

. We reserve the right to send back any product with visible sign of wear, or used.

Items Not Eligible for Exchanges:

• Final sale items of 40% and more, including clearance items, are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at [contact@folmoda.com] within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and reason for exchange.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to exchange the item(s).

Exchange Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.

• Using a one of theses shipping services (Aramex, FedEx, DHL) for your exchange shipment.

Folmoda Hijab does not cover shipping fees or lost exchanged shipment.

Exchange Process:

• Exchanges will be processed promptly once the returned item(s) are received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a refund for the defective item as applicable.

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.

Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
